Progressio is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Universitas Surakarta. The journal is dedicated to publishing high-quality research articles, theoretical studies, and critical analyses in the fields of social sciences and political sciences.
The journal provides a scholarly forum for academics, researchers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and contribute to the development of knowledge related to public administration, political science, government studies, communication studies, sociology, public policy, international relations, and contemporary social and political issues at local, national, and global levels.
Progressio is published twice a year, in March and September. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed through a rigorous peer-review process to ensure originality, academic quality, and relevance. By maintaining consistent publication standards, Progressio aims to strengthen research culture, encourage interdisciplinary discussion, and support the advancement of social and political science scholarship.
